Ingredients
  1. • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  2. • 4 gloves garlic, thinly sliced
  3. • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  4. • 300g fresh spinach leaves
  5. • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  6. • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  7. • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the pine nuts and cook until lightly golden, about 3 minutes
  2. 2. Increase heat to medium and add the spinach, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook, tossing occasionally, until the spinach wilts, about 4 minutes
  3. 3. Remove from heat. Add the basil and toss until it wilts, about 1 minute. Serve immediately
