Ingredients
  1. • 1 bunch of kale
  2. • 1 teaspoon seasoned sea salt
  3. • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. 2. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and then spin the leaves until thoroughly dry
  3. 3. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt
  4. 4. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt (10 to 15 minutes). Normal for the kale to shrink
  5. 5. Cool the kale on the sheet for 3 minutes before serving
